Club Member retakes National Age Group Title

Club member, Nigel Gregory, once again took age group title in the British Tri Cross National Championships held in the Lake District at the weekend. Nigel returned to the event to defend his age group title won at last years event in Surrey...

This year's race was held in the Lake District, with a long swim in Coniston Water, mountain biking in Grizedale & finishing with a run around the fells of Consiton. Despite 2 crashes, 1 bee sting, 2 broken spokes & the weather, Nigel successfully reclaimed the title in a great time of 2:32:31.

So once again, we can proudly boast a national age group champion as a club member - well done Nigel!!!
